The Michigan State International Law Review is not accepting submissions at this time.

For Authors

Submissions Opening 5/15
Submissions for Volume 31 of the Michigan State International Law Review will open on 5/15/2022. The journal publishes three times a year. Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning through the end of the 2022 year.

Submission Requirements
Submissions should be no fewer than 7,000 words in length and focused on international topics. We request no student-authored articles be submitted, but will consider articles co-written by a student or students.
Articles should include, at a minimum, a title, abstract, table of contents, and footnotes accompanying assertions. Footnotes should conform to the latest edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
